sad to hear, i bought 230/100 from tim, never had an issue, and he walked me thru the install with a couple questions i had. had an issue with the chip/tunes he sold me from no limit, was helpful and dropped them from lack of communication to him. i'm sure they will get it all turned around...

that's what mine did also. i couldn't notice it just looking under the bumper. i turned the truck on but not running, had my kid move wheel back and forth and got under there and could hear it but couldn't see it, got up close and it was a very minute movement but tightened the hell out of it...

i had the same damn issue, drove me crazy tracking it down. check the mount on the frame where the track bar mounts up on the cross member. mine looked tight and I never would have believed it, but that was it,

iirc you can over tighten the hose threads and pop it out, i did that one time on mine, i just unscrewed it, tightened it down snug and it was fine after that.

be prepared for NOTHING to fit right. i got the irate basb set up, down pipe was chit, wouldn't fit for nothing. I replaced cab bushings, core support bushings etc, because i was told that was the reason.... was not the down pipe hit DIRECTLY into the trans line, slap in the way, but was told...

i did the pmf rsk set up on mine, new ford springs front and rear, all new hardware, based on dieselbrads info on his thread. worked great, rode awesome, no issues the only issue came after the fact trying to install a 6.0 intercooler, the middle bar was just a tad high, but trevor could fix...

very easy to make them a crew cab switch door, if you have a donor panel. i've done it 3 times and did a write up on here or psn years ago.
