Was just wondering if anyone pieced a set of 4" duals on there older 6.0, 03 to be exact... I bought 2 sets of MBRP Cool Duals turbo back for my 16 when the EPA outlawed the sale of full delete exhaust... I just bought a super nice 03 out of Florida I'd love to put duals on I was just wondering if anyone has attempted it !

Lots of people have put duals in 6.0s. Pretty sure banks had it as an option in their “power packs”. They do fit, it can get a little tight around the spare though. Also, if you’re gonna try and use your 16 exhaust on an 03, it’s not gonna fit. Turbo location, sizing, etc is different. As far as wheel base and everything, it would be close, bends may not be right, and junctions for the hangers on the clamps if they used those back then, aren’t gonna be right. If it’s older than their weird hanger slip into the clamp bolt thing, then the hangers aren’t gonna be in the right spots.

I had diamond eye 4” duals on my ‘02 ccsb, obviously not a 6.0 but same frame and body as an ‘03. The joints that went over the axle and around the spare took some extra critiquing to get right, but I didn’t have to modify anything to get it to fit. The kit was for the truck though, as stated above I’m sure there’d be a lot modifications you’d to do to use a kit for a 6.7, might be easier to sell the 2 kits you have and get the correct one.

Thank you for the info guys I appreciate it ! Glad you reminded me of Diamond Eye I had a set of their turbo back duals on my 07 DuraKitten... Well it turns out Thoroughbred has 03-07 DE 6.0 turbo back duals in both aluminized and stainless listed but neither of which are available and have a feeling they never will be again... Cat back dual systems are available but then I'd have to order a 4" down pipe, cat replacement pipe and muffy replacement pipe and that would cost me a fortune... The cat back system is much more expensive than the turbo back system go figure ! Splain that one !
