03 pistons and cam differences help
03 cam definitely makes the engine more responsive I guess is the word. When You tap the throttle on 03 it immediately reacts. Whereas 04+ aren’t near as reactive As far as pistons go I’m not sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Coolant leak...where is it coming from?
Check where the upper hose clamps to the thermostat outlet. Also the thermostat outlet gasket could be leaking. It’ll drip off the backside and run down the block where you’re seeing it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- webb06

P0607 - Control Module Performance code
Just by reading back through this thread it looks like TCM replacement is the fix. Reflashing can only be done with IDS. No tuner will be able to do it. Luckily 6.4 tcm is plug and play. Find one at a salvage yard and put in it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Difference between pickup and C&C?
As far as I know the 6.0 cab chassis trucks are rated at the same power level as the pickups. If I’m wrong someone please correct me. Look on the driver side valve cover sticker and see what the hp rating is. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
6.4 ZF6 Clutch issues Fixed!

FASS fuel system install
So you’re wanting to keep the truck harness factory and splice onto the fass wiring? I can’t think of any connectors that would fit that but a Ford dealer should have a book of every connector they offer and you might get lucky and find one to match. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- webb06
