Heater core help !

What is making this sound?

Is this really a thing? NAPA oil filters
Hard to believe an oil filter would cause that kind of issue. Sounds to me like you’ve got a valve cover harness coming unplugged or partially burnt which will cause them to only run on one bank of injectors as described. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- webb06

Where’d you check oil pressure at? Anytime I’ve seen gauge drop off and come back with revving the oil pressure switch just needed replaced. But if you’re seeing shavings in the oil you very well could have deeper issues. What head gaskets did you use? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Did you replace that old style dummy plug in the oil rail a few pictures up? Chances are the o rings on it are bad as well. Could also have o rings on driver side injectors leaking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I wouldn’t mess with nipple cup o rings. Just replace the top injector seal o rings. They can be a pain in the engine if you’ve never done it before so you might want to remove each injector to to so. Not unless they’re broken or were leaking. Rarely replace valve cover gaskets. Sent from... -

Calling all cummins experts
Final update: customer did not have the efi autocal from when the truck was originally tuned so we had a local shop come down and load a stock ecm file into the truck. Rail pressure was perfect. We contacted the original tuner of the truck and they sent over the emission off file and reloaded... -
Clogged oil cooler or lucky dumba$$
