    Great issues

Yes, I tested the wires thru the pcm, and disconnected from the gpr, and had continuity. Then I disconnected the 42 pin connector, and no continuity. I did take a look at a wiring diagram-on the phone-and it looks like there is a fusible link in the signal wire. I'm not sure exactly on its...

    Great issues

I swapped pcms, no change. Swapped back to the original pcm, everything is same same. I pulled both small terminals at the gpr, and I have continuity between the wires. I disconnected the 42 pin connector, and no more continuity. I pulled the harness apart between the 42 pin connector and...

    Great issues

So whats the easiest way to check? I think I've got an 01 pcm from the same family on the shelf, can I just swap?

    Great issues

I'm checking voltage across my gpr, and its not right. Power in is 12.8 ish on the main lug-battery voltage. Turn the key on, the wts light is lit, and voltage on the scanguage drops to 11.8 ish, for about 2 minutes, just as it should. Trouble is, with the key on, at the relay, I have 12v on...

    7.3 Intermittent Cutting Out

If you can't watch hpo on a scanner, or fuel pressure, you'll need a mechanical gauge for both. Aside from that, at 285k, I'd guess its time for new injectors, assuming fuel pressure and hpo are up to par.

Cant get manual locking hub to fit back onto axle

As long as the transfer case is in 2wd, and the hubs are in the free position, the front axle shift doesn't turn. I.e, the axle isn't powered. I'd drive it forever that way, aside from dirt and road grime that will find its way into the bore. If both hubs are unlocked, and the t-case is in 2wd...

    200cc 200% injectors for 99.5 7.3

What power level/application are you shooting for? 180/80s, with supporting mods are good for 425-450 hp. A 238/200% will get you 500-575 hp, with supporting mods, and good tuning.

    200cc 200% injectors for 99.5 7.3

Unless someone is making a tiny hybrid, those would be an a-code injector? You better have lots of hpo, or spot on tuning to get decent power and smoke control. 200% nozzles will eat a lot of oil. I'm using 180/80%s, and I can make a lot of smoke, if I want to.

    Power output of stage 1’s

I get it. Small hybrid, bigger nozzle. Keeps the hpo requirements down. I've run a codes for years, with 100 % nozzles, and you can run them with stock oil, but they are definitely better with biggish oil, lol. A code bottom end, even with stock oil, is great, but mid to top end really sucks...

    Power output of stage 1’s

If you are looking at max hp for a towing program, that's your issue. A towing program ought to be stupid simple. Load the trailer, put the truck in gear, and use the throttle to go the speed you want. That's it. The easiest way to raise the hp required to do that is to shorten pulse width...

Project don’t have a name yet

I gotta disagree. Even simple head port/polish will lower your observed boost pressure-meaning less airflow restriction. Bonus, if you can run a die grinder with a flapper wheel, it's easy and quick to do without paying the big money. I'm not saying that the home job is equal to a cnc...

    Glowshift gauges any good?

My isspro ev2 sets are 7-8 yrs old, still work just fine. Their customer service is excellent, as well.

38r might be toast, looking at KC center section

No, the computer doesn't compensate for "extra" fuel. Dont be shy, 300/200s, and compounds. No really, that would be a snotty tow rig, lol. All bs aside, I've ran a 38r with 100% nozzles for several years-around 200k miles on two trucks, and while the garret charger is an excellent setup...

38r might be toast, looking at KC center section

I read your OP, and again. A quart every 100 miles is ALOT of oil. If it was the turbo, you'd have a solid blue haze behind you, unless your egts stayed at 1200+, continually., lol. Not saying the racor isnt a problem, but it's not "the problem". Petro may have a point, I dont remember what...

38r might be toast, looking at KC center section

I have a ccv piped back into the intake, not sure where yours goes, to the intake, or atmosphere? Mine is home-built, and I've tried different amounts of material in the separator housing, doesn't seem to make any difference. I've always had oil in the intake, but it gets worse with age, lol...

Cold no start issue when sitting awhile

When mine sits for an extended time, more than a couple weeks, I'll have to crank it over long enough to refill the oil rails. It runs rough for a bit, but smooths out after a bit. Just a thought.
