Couple more details. Trans was rebuilt approx 25k miles ago, no problems except the po didn't like the converter lockup points when driven unloaded, i.e. no trailer. With a load, no problem.- psduser1

Looking for a bit of info on this transmission. My boys 95 is having shifting issues, occasionally. No forward or reverse at times, and it seems to be when the Trans is cold. Not all the time, and not consistent with the weather, but worse the colder it gets. I haven't pulled any codes yet...- psduser1

I'm not an alignment guru, but 99% sure that should be a negative number for castor. I'll know for tomorrow, I'm getting my ex aligned for new ball joints. Plus or minus, that number can be as high as 5. I will verify, and not spread bad info. -

If you can find a clutch builder besides of the shelf offerings, a dual disc ceramic/organic button clutch with a true 3600 lb rating will hold anything you want to tow, and the pedal will be reasonable. I'm not sure that you'll get those results with off the shelf clutches tho, necessarily...- psduser1

160/80-100 s for right around 250k on one truck and a couple hundred k on a few others, worked like a dream, lol. Course, not fast, but towing machines. Good enough I'm putting two more together right now.😏- psduser1

Got it on the road with a half assed twilight setup, good enough till I get time to build an actual bed. No I didn't take any pics of that! I've put 20-30 miles on the truck, just to shake out any bugs. Gotta change the o rings on the hpop lines at the heads, I guess 2 or 3 times in and out is...- psduser1

Couple pics, the fuel is pretty basic, but it's been working for several hundred thousand miles across 4 trucks. I'm not sure the hitch will be there when I get done, but I've gotta haul a trailer this week, lol.- psduser1

I didn't take any pics, but the uppipes and 38r are both back in their happy place. No pics, but I did run it down the road tonight. Sorting out little fuel line leaks, and that kind of dumbsh!t, but it ran well enough. Got it hot enough to cook the paint on the pipes, lol. I did have a brake...- psduser1

Slow progress, in between work. Got the tank mods done, and a stock pump and filters on the rail, sorry no pics of that. Working on the rr and turbo r and r. Pretty sure nothing on top has ever been touched.- psduser1

Any chance you've ran a fuel gauge to see how well it maintained pressure under full load with the 238s? A single stock style pump would be a lot cheaper....- psduser1
