    The RPM fluctuates some and the cam sensor has been replaced with a new oem sensor. I am willing to troubleshoot the sensor if that could be the issue of the cam/crk sync coming and going.

    Got in contact with a reputable head mfg. and their tolerance for "o-ring" end gap is a maximum of .050".

    Had a set of 6.0 heads o-ringed and noticed one of they cylinder's ring had a small gap between the wire ends. The other cylinders' didn't appear to have this gap. The machinist said the small gap wouldn't be an issue but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this issue. Thanks.

    Is the heat shield on the IPR wiring needed and if so, does anyone have the OEM part number for it? Considered aftermarket thermal jacketing but it won't fit like the OEM part. Thanks.
