T4 Downpipe/E4OD front cooler line clearance
AND they say, its your cab bushings! mine fit like **** also, but my down pipe hit directly in the middle of those lines, and when I asked about it all I got was we haven't heard of any issues. mine is in the shop getting fixed correctly, but replacing the supposed cab bushings first to see if...- zilla68

Bad batteries.
i use interstate also, never an issue. have you looked at glow plugs? also what about starter? mine wouldn't start for chit when cold, had original starter on it, swapped to a 99-03 version I think it was, fixed my issue- zilla68

New OBS suspension ?
search for diesel brad on here or psn. I did exactly what he said and mine rides like a caddy. he has a detailed list somewhere of everything he used, use it all. skyjacker sucks in my opinion. the pmf rsk was great, but you need to talk to trevor if you are running or will run an 6.0...- zilla68

what are the shrouds on the gauges on the pillar? nice truck, everything work like it should? all the factory gauges etc? -

wow, its been 7 months since I posted this and still not got the truck together. update though, had a shop come look at it, said the down pipe is at least 30 degrees off, so i'm having it towed to their shop so they can finish it for me before winter. so either I got a down pipe made on a...- zilla68

best you can get on door panels is new aftermarkets, check on rock auto, they had them plus a small promo code save 5% carpet kit off ebay, mine fit great, little trimming required, held up well now for over 5 years. window seals thru lmc- zilla68
