It allows you to change tunes via you phone and a bluetooth link. You can label the tunes on your phone as well. It does not allow you to load tunes wireless. Not sure I would want that ability myself. This switch works with the Hydra, TS and DP chips... Slick as hell, been running one for...- CSIPSD

I'd put your 1.15 housing back on it, a billet wheel and the stock turbo will do just fine. Get a fuel pressure gauge however...- CSIPSD

Headgasket... have to be blown pretty good, but thats pretty likely. -

Cracked block... About the only thing that could cause that, that quickly. Oil cooler and it would be in the pan most likely. COULD be an injector cup, but you would have to have a loose injector as well to get that amount into the cylinder... -

Main reason I shared your issue with that group is the guy was all excited about having his truck there... and the name rang a bell so... I do have a line on a complete motor, wire harness, whole thing for $1200... Forged rod motor... Let me see if I can find the info...- CSIPSD

Looks like .030 over... The motor I blew a year ago had better cross hatch then that with 300+k on it. -

Time for a new block in the excursion, build on!
Curious as to why even bother for a 500hp build? Just throw a used long block in it and be done. None of this work is required for a 500hp build, even more so when you "plan" on going big later???- CSIPSD
