    I like the MT's, there great summer tires, but there slick as hell in the ice. Just too hard of a tread compound. The Baja's are about the best tire I have ever run in the snow and ice... Still have not ordered another site, these MT's are wearing good so...

    4" lift on mine. As long as you keep them tucked in, they will be fine.

    If your getting the MT's at 95% or better for $150-$200 your doing pretty good. 100% Baja's I can get for $200 a tire shipped.

    Interesting... I lost the OD planetary a few weeks ago. Didnt go any deeper then the OD clutches which after 80+K looked ok (replaced anyway) I am pretty happy with my trans builders build.

    LOL... I saw the stacks and said... SOLD. Sight unseen. It has a 352 in it, but its a 63/64, and came with a 292. The trans that came with it, does not fit the 352 so... LOL. Oh and it was a 2wd when built... Its a Frankenstein...

    I am 90% sure its the one that runs from the ALT, to the glow plugs, to the starter solenoid. I hope to have time tomorrow to pull the harness and check it out closely.

    LOL... Picked this up for $350 bucks... Thinking about a simple link rear end with just some coils and limiting straps, then something up front, maybe stick with the springs, maybe links... Change up the lights on the flat bed a bit, clean up the headache rack and rock it at the mud...

    No fuel bowl, no intake air heater, no wastegate control wires, no EBPV wires... My harness is fairly stripped.

    The fuseable links that melted are at the starter solenoid... One wire splits into two... Thought I would out smart it and cut it out, replace it with a Max fuse... But that didnt work. Now the whole mess is bypassed, with a battery cable going from the output of the ALT to the battery...

    There cut off and tucked into the harness. I need to pull the harness open and see if it is, but I doubt it.

    I have AE, but there are no codes for this. Its a dead short somewhere, somewhere unfused as it killed the fuseable link.
