Not sure if the tunes will cover obs trucks but should work on all super dutys. Its custom tunes for the 238/100 injector not sure if it will run correctly with a different injector.- 03lariat7.3

^^^yep seen the label under the hood for the charge. Replaced receiver drier and found orfice tube. Tube was starting to plug up with small metal particles.- 03lariat7.3

Installing a new condensor, reciever/drier, and and orfice tube on the truck. Where is the orfice tube located and how much charge does the a/c get? I recovered 2.78lbs.- 03lariat7.3

Well for the money you spend on a new pickup, 50k-60k? you could buy prob 2 or 3 decent semis and not have the wear and tear on your very expensive pickup, plus they are meant to handle those kinds of loads and probably get the same fuel milage! Pulled all injectors and found the #3 injector copper seal ring had failed putting compression back into the injector cup. Thats why the o-ring looked so bad. All the other injectors looked fine. Thats my other thought, not gonna know until I get all the injectors out and checked. Hoping it didnt wash a clyinder in the process. Truck did start again to drive on the trailer but was hydrolocking when cranking it over. And no rod hanging out of the block....thank god- 03lariat7.3

White smoke @ cold start.
Mine does the same thing. Put injectors in at 160K, almost 180K now, still does it before and after. (Injector o-rings should be seated by now) Not hard start just smokes til warm.- 03lariat7.3

Yep, depends on what brand but most are a forged steel. Some also have aluminum skirts and forged steel crown.- 03lariat7.3
