Anyone ever move a trailer house?

Got 3 trailer houses for pretty much nothing, not bad shape. I'm gonna haul them back to where I live and rent them out. I've never hauled them before, looking for some tricks of the trade. They are 14x76 I believe. Looks like just need to cut the lines to them, slap some tires on and hitch...

06 drivers side sag, questions on 2012 blocks?

That's a good idea. How much did you cut it down? I think I'll give that a try this weekend

Ya, thinking of the block, the shim that ford sells for that problem is about 4 times the price of their block.

06 drivers side sag, questions on 2012 blocks?

The factory blocks under my rear springs on this 06 f350 measure 3.5". It has about 1/2" of sag on the drivers side. I was looking around and heard that the 2011-2013 f350s have 4" blocks under the rear springs. Is this true? Would these blocks fit on the 06? Thanks

Buying 02 7.3l, tell me if I should back out

Lots of good info here. I'm gonna get him closer to $3k, check it out in person and talk to the mechanic that said it needed injectors. If cant do that, I'll walk and keep on looking. Thanks for the help.

He said his mechanic did a compression test, said injectors were the problem. I'm gonna try and talk him down some. He's in small town in the middle of no where, about 100 miles from me or I would haul it into ford and have them check it out. Worst case would be used motor from junk yard...

I guess idles rough too, don't mind going through injectors, reasonably confident I could do that myself, bigger issues not too sure.

A guy has a 2002 CCLB, 6spd, dually for sale for $4k firm with 340k on the clock. Looks good inside and out, recent tranny and AC. Says it needs new injectors because of low compression, will start and idle, but won't drive. Is this an injector issue that I can correct easily or something...

Picked up a trailer not sure on brakes..

Thanks, haven't ever seen surge brakes, just heard about them. Is there a way to convert them over to electric easily? Otherwise, I'll have to see if I can find a schematic and get these this operational again.
