Weird idle issue

So at idle when I start my truck it will idle nice and smooth and then it will stumble, then recover, and it does it randomly, and it will do it when I first start driving and then it stops and it won't do it anymore, no codes, Andy help would be awesome, I have to drive it from NV to WV in...
