    I have had good luck with gear head, wildman, and TSD. I run the same hpop and 225/75 injectors with various turbos all with good results.

    2016 axle swap into 2002

    The upside to the 11 and up axles are the better axle shafts and bigger brakes. I didn't see it being worth the time and cost to have the housing machined and installing the tone ring. 05-10 swap right in. It would likely cost less to get an 05-10 than get the housing machined on the 2016.

    Contact mishimoto about radiator issues. You might be able to get a refund through the vendor you purchased it from. Otherwise they will put you on a list to be updated to the new version when it is released.

    I run the 7.3 fan clutch with no issues. It will help with the ac when at idle in traffic. It is also more noisy at startup until it warms up a bit. After that the noise is really not much greater than the factory setup.
