After a long 11mos (don't ask!) of truck being down she's back up & produced 650rwhp on H&s mild tune. I'm happy for now until a duel fueler/Lp system is added b/c rail pressure isn't holding. Truck runs great & spool up is instant but smokey so I just did a revise from GH & everything cleaned...
Just finished up a build w/30's so I'm in need & forgot about his kit. Nice to see its user friendly & easy install. Definitely going to look into this option so thanks again.
I just finished a build & got 620-650 on mild H&s files. I did a HPFP replacement & believe I'm running out of fuel & need a 2nd pump/lpfs due to adding nozzles quickly..
Bullseye Lp/Hp balanced wheel replacement. Plenty of fuel down low & No idk rail/pw.. Was just told it's not maintaining, last ran yielded 650 rwhp/1200tq. Trying to get a revised tune from GH to maintain rail until I get fuel upgraded.
doing nozzles w/o a 2nd pump is depleting my fuel rail pressure FAST, even w/a Newer HPFP.. It's def going to need a 2nd pump (like u all say) in order to maintain fuel rail pressure at WOT if I want more/reliable power. So dyno stopped at 620+hp/1140+tq for today.
maybe I can order a tune to...
We think the trucks computers were swopped (stolen) due to all the mismatched chit we've come across on the 1st shop that touched my truck..
What machanics experiencing is a NO COMMUNICATION, NO KEY indicator light on dash with all connections checked & rechecked, ground cables & everything...
Check o ring areas, under bottle that flows coolant to t stat & above & below rad. I got lucky once. Coolant will show around cyl heads/block & out degas bottle due to over pressurizing system rather than burn on blown HG from my research & experience.
Possibly what your diagnosing, you can make a pressure gauge to tie into the return line. Then run that into cab & check if pressures continuing to climb or stays & hold psi under load. Just a cheap way to check yourself, good luck. Jayson
