Not happy with set up 238/100 38R
Even with Matt's tunes, when I try to push my foot through the floor while in the race setting, I can get to 1600 ish degrees no problem. That's why its a race tune. Anything beyond 3/4 throttle and its gonna get hot. The rest of my tunes, not so much... Rockin' the 38R~238/80% combo btw. I...- farm boy

I believe that person was referring to connecting rods, not the block itself. 99-00 block will for sure have forged connecting rods. If your needing a motor that you can just buy and throw in a truck, these year models are desired. No one wants to put a motor with PMR rods back into a truck...- farm boy

Flatbed with big tires
Mine is a single wheel, but I run 35x12.50 tires with 2" of lift. Air bags in the rear of the truck for towing, so I never have to worry about the tires bottoming out on the bed.- farm boy
