    Fuel bowl/filter delete ?

Going to be tough without a RR. the fuel bowl had a return built in. are you against adding a RR? it would make it easier on you I believe and help with fuel sitting in the heads. Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2

    New BD Diverter Valve!!!!

Divided T3 housing. And this would take the place of your t3 to vband adapter. And yes, boost pressure actuates the valve.

My MAD Stage 1 Baby-P Review

Hearing a bunch of good things about MTW turbos. Glad they are working well, and its great to have a good running truck. "The feel of hitting 100 MPH in 7 sec. PRICELESS. " You ride a sport bike? LOL

    100+ PSI fuel pressure

Haven't dug into it yet. Waiting on parts to get here so I only have to pull it apart once. I was hoping someone else would chime in with readings before the heads. Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2

    High Egt s

Before my stocker went out, it would white smoke(oil) until it got up to temp. I guess when it got hot enough it would burn it all off and not smoke. Couple of weeks later... BOOM.

    100+ PSI fuel pressure

 No problem, i knew what you were getting at, but its a lot easier to see whats going on when its in front of you. The plan so far is when i have the up-pipes out(hopefully this week) i will remove the banjos and hardlines, make sure there is nothing funny going on, possibly drill out...

    100+ PSI fuel pressure

I dont have anyway to measure it right before the regulator. But as it was said the gauge port is on the inlet. before it hits the diaphragm so it will be the same? :whs: this is what i would like to accomplish. verified with two gauges that i only have 55psi at the regulator. 5/8 from tank...

    100+ PSI fuel pressure

Honestly i have no idea, but that is why i posted this thread. If the restriction is before the heads, then probably around 55psi, if the restriction is at the back of the heads then probably 100psi at the injectors. Not a dumb question at all. When i hooked up the gauge i thought it was broken...

    100+ PSI fuel pressure

That would be awesome, no real rush though. Just curious, why did you remove the a1000 and replace with fuelab?

    100+ PSI fuel pressure

To have pressure there must be resistance. In theory,in a regulated return the regulator should be the restriction that determines pressure between the pump and regulator and all excess should go back to the fuel tank. The readings were taken key on, engine off. But i did go drive it with the...

    100+ PSI fuel pressure

Totally different i believe. the regulator holds that psi between the pump and regulator and sends the excess back to the tank. If there was no regulator there would be very little pressure (in theory) because it would just flow through the heads and back to the tank. Think of a garden hose...

    100+ PSI fuel pressure

Its not a regulated pump, im running an Aeromotive A1000 with the regulator set at 55psi. this should mean that all the fuel between the pump and regulator should be at 55psi no matter what, all excess should be sent back to the tank. The problem is that the pressure is higher before the...

    100+ PSI fuel pressure

well from the pump on, Aeromotive a1000---2 mic cat filter----fuel block(pressure reading)---90 fittings to the front of the heads----banjos without the check valve on the back of the heads----aeromotive regulator(pressure reading)----return to tank. I can be more specific if need be.
