    Its not a limited slip...I think Yukon calls it a zip locker...it does unlock when turning but there's a learning curve driving with it. I saw a cut-away display at Summit Racing a while ago, it will unlock with no load on it.

    I had a similar problem with a ts and sct egt probe...went through all the same steps you did...what I found was where the flat prong plug on probe side the wires are bare and were twisted and touching each other basically shorting it out. I separated the wires and it finally worked.

    Would need an adapter plate since bell housing is totally different...custom flex plate...plus they are a fair amount larger than a 5r especially the bell housing. Would be a cool swap though...don't know if a pcs could control it right or not.

    Don't have a list but when I ordered my 4:10's from Randy's I got the install kit with them...had everything needed and then some. Maybe the shop didn't really want to do the job? Setting up new gears, correctly, isn't exactly the easiest job ever...as I'm sure you know.

    Sounds like you've got an injector that could have backed off and dumping extra fuel into the cylinder or a tip is cracked. Usually a cracked tip will fog out a neighborhood though...

    One thing to consider is that the Fass could be heating up, getting weak and dropping pressure, more importantly volume. The hpfp need volume over pressure...10lbs is what most lp systems are regulated at. Sounds like the dealer looked to see if it was getting air but I doubt the pump was hot...
