    Why dont you have a clear film put over the area were the rocker trim would be? Lots of people do this to the front of their cars to prevent rock chips, and... What Rich said. :D

    Upinsmoke, from memory i believe you are write with the equation of how the tire is measured. But the two qoutes above this line had me thinking paint chips were a major source of protein for you as a kid. haha

    Yeah the first number has more to do with the width than the height. I just use a tire calculator if i want to know the actual height of the tire.

    actually you will need the second number off the tire to be able to equate actual height. For instance my tires are 315/75/r16, and they are 34.6" tall tires.
