i never heard of those I had to go see
they are cool but i am okay with my Daystar top mounts ( "cool" was not my first choice of descriptive words but apparently the word inno vative gets *******)
i don't need to adjust side to side but if i did or had reason to change front end...
I really am trying to sell you on this LOL
just because I love my kit so much ;-)
and while doing an oil cooler replacement you will really appreciate getting it out of the valley ..forever
the BPD full kit comes with the real FORD cooler and all the gaskets
On the vk 688 kit that has the Oil cooler included ( not the kit without the cooler) https://www.bulletproofdiesel.com/product_p/vk688.htm
if you enter the code VINCE you save a bunch of coin
I just tried it and it works
VINCE [VK688-100] saves a whopping -$345.00
so 1595.00...
I wouldn't say the updated coolers are much of an improvement at all ( i have had one plug while running a coolant filter )
they still make a better coolant filter than they do an oil cooler IMO
the BPD relocate is what I run and sure it cost more than a few OEM coolers but
answer this ...
it usually replaces the cap with a fitting on the ones I have done but it will have directions I don't think I have done one with both a cap and degas yet
Airlift (or the like) and done
it's not to pricey and it's nice to work on a vehicle and fill the cooling system and be done
vs checking constantly for the first few days and even then a heavy pull can burp out air you had no idea was hiding
I bought a set of " Barely used " Deavers they even had a part #
I know because I had to call them and ask why the tire sat so far back and the lift was not close to what it was supposed to be
the Deaver guy " Scott" pulled up the # and told me they were ten years old
and apparently...
