6.0 Alternator Harness
something similar happened to me because Ford didn't tighten the nut I cought mine in time and was able to clean up the crispy stuff and replace the boot hit up one of the Ford dealer vendors on here ( look in vendor section) they can get you the main cable but IDK about the lug ? -

Hot wire in the rear end. 06 F250
look in the trailer 7 pin harness the 7 pin cover identifies the wire or like most folks do use the reverse bulb + unless you want the camera to be on and available all the time while the key is on -

I wondered if that was a wide trac he wanted 2400 for both then 1600 for just the D60 IIRC ? i was going to buy them but I really want a 8x170 D80- Zmann

no recourse on the D80 I imagine? you find a replacement yet ? nice find an the D60 is it a widetrac ? I won't call it a super 60 since thats also the term commonly used for the 05 up Dana 60- Zmann

A/c problem on my 02
condensers are hard to flush especially parallel tube replacing is a good idea IMO Ford also has a multi piston compressor so you can start to get junk in the system long before the compressor stops compressing altogether- Zmann

don't freak on the Fluid you used it has proven itself as a decent SP/LV replacement I would focus on the solenoids though here is the 5r110 ATSG PDF manual link... -

well just for conversation sake how did you fill it ? these are a pain to get right IMO but running in park and on level ground is how you check it -

but big rig rims are not cast AL like OEM Fords ( edit I guess some are ) however looks like your crack cast rim mimics the one in this companies picture and if they are fixing Mercedes rims i am sure they can do a 20 truck rim ...- Zmann
