    I've been using Totron lights.. Yes China, but I think they've really come a long way. I've have a 20" totron in the bumper of my truck for the last 4 years and had 0 issues. I have a budddy that bought a Rigid for his rzr, and holding them both side by side I would have a hard time picking out...

    Factory brake controller sucks

    I've noticed this too with mine... With my open car trailer I have to turn the gain to about 8.5-9 to get anything out of it. Same thing with the brand new 12k dump trailer. Maybe the controllers are hit or miss?

    ^ Exactly what I was thinking... It seems like all the grease comes out of my quads A-arms and driveshaft pretty much every ride. It would be nice to get something that holds up a bit better.

    My 08 was "fixed" at 140k, and I'm at 180k now with no issues. I did headstuds at 165k just because I wanted it reliable with the hotter tunes, but I didn't need to. I maintain it religiously and hope to get 300k out of it. That being said, if I had to do it over again I'd spend the extra 5-6k...

    All I did was cut the stock bracket flush with the bumper opening, then drilled the plastic bracket and put a bolt and nut through each. 10 min operation. The plate hangs below the bracket a bit but it's been fine.

    Rough Country vs Zone?

    I just put a zone 4" on my 08 about a month ago. Using their nitro shocks and I can't tell the difference from stock. I could use maybe another 1" in the rear though as the front looks like it sits a bit high.
