locking hubs
The manual lockout hubs will work from any d50TTB or OBS d60. I wouldn't buy them from Ford though. You should be able to buy them from any auto parts or Bronco Graveyard is usually a good source st a resonable price. You need the nuts, and hub guts with screws and snaprings for both sides...- 1ofakind79

Tail Lights Not Working....Suggestions
From the rear crossmember of the bed to the drivers frame rail. I ground a small spot on each and then everything worked.- 1ofakind79

Sounds like you have a bad ground. I believe the lights ground through the bed to the frame if you just had the bed off you may have a poor ground now. You can try to clean a spot on the bed and a spot on the frame and putting a jumper between them and see if they work normal. Then either...- 1ofakind79

One piece/upgraded driveshafts
Im going to a 1 piece rear drive shaft as well. I'm doing it for a gear vendors install. You can get the shaft made pretty much aslong as you need if you go to a bigger diam tube and have big ujoints. A local guy is going to build mine for around $400.- 1ofakind79

2005 F350 Cab & Chassis Dana 80 Rear axle
A C&C axle is narrower than a pickup. around 6" overall. The spring perches are wrong also. the C&C trucks have a narrower from therefore the perches are in. They can't be moved out because of the brakes. Also 05+ trucks have a 8 on 200mm pattern and require 17" wheels 99-04 is 8 0n 170mm...- 1ofakind79

7.3 Highboy swap?
It will fit without much problems. For the speedo just swap in your rear PSD if you use the who wiring harness and gauge cluster. You would have to fab motor mounts, use the throttel peddle from the psd. Getting the rad to fit may be tough. The downpipe may be tight also. I would think if...- 1ofakind79
