I like the more affordable idea as long has it is reliable which we will have to wait on, I know that the things I do to get a stage 3 and 4 have been proven reliable. I would also like to see numbers on the turbo next to my stage 3 and 4. Not saying that Barder turbo won't make the same power...- madpowerstroke

6.0 aluminum radiator
I have only one problem with the radiator, but I would think any aluminium radiator will give you the same. The radiator will burn skin very fast, so fast that it will give you second degree burns faster than you can say what the F when you skin touches it when hot. Ran Into A Problem
Putting in a rebuild kit may not work. You need to take turbo apart, take turbine wheel out, and try a new oil ring seal in the bore in the back of center housing. If no gap you are good for rebuild if gap then the new ring won't seal either. It is normal however to have oil seep if the turbo...- madpowerstroke

Been a while since I added to this thread. So far the stage 4 as it is, is a monster of a turbo. Sort of a loch ness , it makes crazy power but any time some get one near a track or dyno it disappears. So I still don't have numbers on it, track or dyno. Needing info on Dual HPOP's
How long ago was that? Right know I still believe that they are too smoky for the street for a single VGT. Maybe a NON- VGT or compounds would do it. The VGT I'm running seems good but I think it's still too much injector. The new one I have coming maybe a perfect match for the 225 injectors...- madpowerstroke

Needing info on Dual HPOP's
My bad I thought I posted some pictures of Jesse's system on here. I'm running Jesse's dual pump kit and holds abou 4.9-4.8 of ICP voltage. I'm running 225/75, and with stock pump I could hit 4.8v spike then go back to 2.4v when holding down the throttle pedal. Here's some pictures of the system...- madpowerstroke

Looking for a used stage 1 powermax
The stage 1 from me will spool faster a out of the box powermax, the stage 1 from the Barder should do the same since both have the 13 blade wheel, and billet compressor wheel. The powermax with same 11 blade compressor wheel really makes a difference, and is a very good turbo with bigger then...- madpowerstroke

You could get a VGT from me stage 1 that would work great with the 155, and is 850.00 + shipping with billet wheel and add 450.00 refundable core charge. You could get a powermax, I think performance truck products has them the cheapest 1175.00 free shipping, or go to Barder turbo shop on here...- madpowerstroke

8.70 with losing boost, came off line at 11psi and hit 40psi then started to lose boost until it was at 20psi, so where mid track. No, stage 5 will have a wheel I designed in it . The truck is killing me slowly, dumb stuff, but it's better than big stuff like rods. The 1/8 time was a 8.70 not the 7.80 be long day.- madpowerstroke

Hit the track again. I got new tunes and truck was running really strong, better then ever before. I can even do boosted launches and the turbo lag is gone, spools as fast as stock turbo running a tune. So anyway I was looking forward to the track, ICP voltage was holding at 4.9 at WOT. What am I missing?
Well I have fixed the ICP problem, and ran the truck at WOT and hit 4.9v and stayed at 4.8v. I also got some different tuning tweaks, turbo and gear points. Thanks for the help from everyone, hopefully hit track again to see what it hits.- madpowerstroke

I have 35" tires with 4:10, it is right on, the Speedo makes some crazy jumps but the edge cts is right with it. The video was also all fuel and on the extreme street tune.- madpowerstroke

Disappointed with last track times and speed, need to get truck to boost of line, I will be trying out some tunes to see if I can leave line harder.
