Brake line blew behind the tank...
Ya def just get a piece long enough to stretch from your two closest unions, including all bends and whatnot. Hopefully you'll get lucky and not have to cut a piece. If you do, make sure you slide the fittings on before you flare it... ask me how I know... just zip tie your new line up... -
New clutch slipping..
I'm pretty sure I was careful to put the discs in properly... but you never know. I'm headed down to the ECLC truck show this wknd, so probably wont get around to pulling it apart until next wknd. Thanks for the replies everyone. This is driving me nuts... figured I would do it right and...- hwrdbd

New clutch slipping..
Yes, that makes sense to me and is how I think it should be. The spring in the slave should hold the fork very lightly against the clutch, but mine seems to have something else keeping pressure on it. I have no movement at all when I take the slave out... Forgot to add originally that my truck...- hwrdbd

Put in a brand new valair dd ceramic clutch a few weeks ago. Everything on the install went smoothly as far as I could tell. Ran it for a couple weeks nice and easy, adhering to their 500mi low power break in period. Gave it until about 650mi and figured I would give it all my old truck has...- hwrdbd

Emblems
I just switched out my rusty tailgate for a new one. I swapped the emblems over using good 3M spray adhesive, I forget exactly which one. So far no issues, but they have only been on for about a week.- hwrdbd

7.3 electrical issues..
I know it sounds stupid, but did you try replacing the bulbs with a known good bulb? Test the bulb socket for power and work your way back. I know a little about wiring but no expert for sure, especially with a stereo. When you say it works if you isolate to one speaker, are you referring to... -
DD clutch for a ZF6 What do you all use?
I'm now running the same clutch as big stroker, the valair full ceramic 650hp version. It's certainly more than I'll ever need, but as I finish my build I don't want a weak link. It has been a great functioning clutch so far. I didn't notice any significant loss of shifting speed, but maybe...- hwrdbd
