1999 CCLB 7.3
06 LBZ dually, 2wd. Truck has had a Fleece 68 turbo installed since the dyno tune. Replaced the worn out fuel system at that time too. Maybe 15k on those. Truck has 30% nozzles and a 50% pump, ARP's, Airdog, trans work (not built) etc. 280ish on chasis, <30k on engine. Chasis was repainted... -

Whole to whole, I doubt it. The compressor side? No. The exhaust side, no idea. I'm just trying to make things simpler for you. No reason to go through all that machining when a bolt in turbo is going to maximize everything you've got.- Chvyrkr

FNG help with deltas
As soon as Momma's truck hit 20* delta's during normal driving it got bulletproofed. Some guys will tell you not to worry at those temps though. -

So... Why, would you choose 400% nozzles in something you had to drive every day? 10MPG sound fun? One sensor or an o-ring not performing at 100% and throwing off your turning sound fun? You can make all the power a weekend warrior/DD will ever need with 200's, and they can be tuned to not...- Chvyrkr

No idea. Your 01 is close to 1000 pounds heavier than my '97, give or take a few. You should have had an even more obvious power drop.- Chvyrkr

This is 5 psi, can't really see it in the picture. And the truck didn't have the power to hold 55mph on hills. I was limping it home with a dying AD2-165.- Chvyrkr

Installing used engine-What gaskets to change?
Went back to PSN and looked up the threads I had on the thinner gaskets in the '98 444 I had... Stock head gaskets crush to about 0.060 +/- 0.002. The '98 444 I had, measured with a feeler gauge, was 0.050 average around the heads. Several people that know far more than I ever will assured... -

Do the water pump. Put a new oil pan an associated o-rings on it. Rear main. Just do it. Head gaskets depend on what YM the engine is. Later model is a thinner gasket. I'd have to go dig on PSN to find the thread to see exactly what was different. I can't remember. FWIW though, I had a...
