Honey badger Jr installed...
Is there a data log out there with this pump on a hotter tune but a stock injector split shot truck? How many miles have been put on one in durability testing? A friend is thinking about getting away from a stock pump to get a little more ICP.- Tom S

thermostat install questions
The worst case scenario is that you would ruin the water pump with broken bolts so not non-fixable matter. I would suggest restricting the airflow across the radiator as well to build more heat in the motor. If it is crazy cold and the load is light it can be hard to get the truck fully warm... -
BTS fluid change question
I would suggest checking with a BTS dealer instead of trying to speak to Brian for a question like this. -
Injector o-ring erosion by oil pressure?

Fuel distribution to back of the heads
I would not be comfortable myself without some heat protection for that hose in that are. I did hardline by the turbo on my DIY fuel sytem.- Tom S

Odd glow plug issue
I have seen a truck where the PCM was fubar and would never supply the ground that activated the relay. Verify that you do have power on one of the small wires for one and second see if the PCM does supply a ground on the other wire.- Tom S

Back of head fuel leak
Bottom line you cannot assess a leak of the fuel system with the injectors out. -
truck dying when it gets hot
Have you monitored to see if this is a HP oil issue. -
Custom HPOP lines
I would do some research on the materials used for the HPOP crossover kits from back in the day. I seem to recall some types of hoses held up and some did not.- Tom S

Back of head fuel leak
I do not think there will be pressure with the injectors are out like he posted previously. Seems to me that is going to work on filling the cylinders with fuel when the key is on.
