    Improper alignment of the y to the exhaust housing with the alignment pin is my bet or something else on the exhaust side causing a leak.

    A lot of people have trouble identifying a miss in a powerstroke. In this case I suspect a exhaust leak.

    I am thinking the issue is different knuckles on the dana 60 between a 93 model axle and the later ones. Seems to me that there is difference in the brakes between those axles. In edit this kind of helps...

    I think I would want it to warm up some. If your motor is together and full of coolant I would just use the block heater.

    Dp-Tuner Problems

    The right place to direct the issue would be more with the injector builder and the tuner. I would be wondering if you had something mismatched if and only if the truck ran real good before and the injectors and tuning where the only changes.
