    Lots of good suggestions. Mine did something similar, intermittent too. Turned out to be a short in the under cover harness and was taking out multiple cylinders when it happened. Then would just clear up.. New harness and pigtail and it runs much better.

    Thx, I got a set of the newer style square mirrors from A1. They are nice, only problem was that the paintable or chrome to cover would not click in snug. Had to use a dot of glue on the tab to make sure I didn't loose them in a car wash or a branch.

    6.0 and coolant leak. Dont see EGR De-lete or oil cooler replacement on your list of completed projects. Check all of the obvious like water pump and hoses.

    I ran this style to a long time, they work great. In front of a 38r they are pretty noisy. Went to a S&B cold air dry filter with some noise baffling in the fender well, so much more quiet in the cab.
