And what brand harnesses?
If it was getting hot enough to cause issues with those, you would have other signs. Like a seizing engine.

I'm on 35's, don't know what brand/quantity beads are in mine, but it doesn't typically shake.

So why not do some diagnosing on your own, instead of just asking what's wrong with it.
None of us have seen it, we don't know all the specifics of your truck.

Running cool + low boost = not enough fuel.
With those injectors you should he able to peg 1,000 pretty easily.
Stock tuning maybe? Bad boost gauge?

Ac compressor is bottom passenger side of engine.
But follow the lines. Could even have a hose rubbed through on a intercooler pipe.
