Yeah it only took me 3 days to do my 2012 nose conversion on my 99.5.It would have went faster if I had an extra hand.You do need the whole front clip fenders,hood,hinges etc...- shatesme

2011 front end replacement on a 2006?
Yeah! the top front halfway.Its just like the 08-10 conversion.I kept the cut off pieces incase I ever had to weld it back on.The conversion wasnt so bad and I'm not a autobody guy by trade just as a hobby. Here is a before shot with a 2005-7 nose I put on years ago.And dont ask the 05-07 nose...- shatesme

I know one thing at a time.The bed is super easy to swap and I already have the new step/camera tailgate on this bed.The hard part is finding a 2011-13 bed for under 1200.00 without driving halfway accross the country.- shatesme

I just put a 2012 nose on my 1999.5 F250 7.3.It wasnt that hard of a project.I just have to get it painted.But it is possibly- shatesme
