    Most of the time the noise comes from the installation. A couple guys at work had their brakes done at a shop and they squeled like heck. Waited a couple months and replaced them again with the same exact parts and CLEANED everything and LUBED all the contact points.. guess what, no squeaks...

    I put these pads on my Ranger http://www.ate-na.com/generator/www/us/en/ate/ate/themes/20_ate_brake_products/2_pads_us.html I didn't like them at first, but once they got broke in they are great. No fading, no noise, nothing, great pads. They hard to find for the F250.

    whatever was on the truck when I bought it, I've got the rear down and the pads are pretty worn so I was thinking about replacing them... whatever goes on the back will go on the front..
