locker or true trac?

Friend has true trac in his 08 and it works great. He mainly sled pulls and races the truck and both tires have always locked in.

6.4 head gaskets

Im replacing the heads on my 6.4 and studding it. I have both the black onyx and stock ford gaskets. Im just wondering if anyone knows which are better? I've heard people are having better luck with the ford gaskets on the 6.0 so didn't know if 6.4 would be the same.
