my 2011 did that. The main over flow tank cap was bad.I never notice if my truck leaned.

13-16 Spartan tuning

you can get way around hill assist if u push the emergency brake to you hear the first click. It will over ride the hill assist.

well I thought the 2011 through 2014 was same exact turbo. so what the difference?

my 2011 would suck in the top hose when it was cold and I would screw the cap off it would create a suction sound through the degas bottle.The upper hose would open up. So replaced the cap and it fixed the problem. I do not know if that one of the problem your having but I just thought I would...
