Big Oil and Big fuel not so big..

So you have 6000$+ in mods but won't spring 350$ for ae? Don't make sense to me.

Uhh not under pressure its not. At 30 psi above atmo its 264°. I hope your running at least 30 psi of oil pressure. If your oils hitting 260° you got issues. IMO that theory ain't worth a ****. Sorry matt, I do love your tunes though

A 180 stat allows the coolant to start circulating around 175° instead of 195 with a 203. Therefore it takes more heat to get it up to operating temp. So yes eventually it will get up to the same temp. On a stock engine youd have to push it a lot harder for a lot longer. For those of us making...

A 203 or 180 isn't going to change the time it takes to warm the coolant up in the winter. Will it allow it to get hotter yes but 0 -160 will take the same amount of time regardless of the stat. Only thing I see a hotter stat doing is allowing the engine oil to get hotter. Wether that affects...

But aren't we adding a whole bunch of combustion temperature with extra fuel from bigger injectors and different tuning? If IH designed it to run at 203 making 200 some horse doesn't it make sense to try and compensate for the extra heat made by the 200+ extra horsepower were asking the engine...

Just buy a d66. Everything you asked is possible. But not unless you have access to a full machine shop and a whole lot more time than you do money.

Sorry I'm not running one now just a van turbo. In stock form I don't think it will do vary well. Turbine and compressor wheels are smaller than a 38. But it shares components with a gt4088. I may explore that possibility if I can't make my above plan work
