    May be switching back to the 1.15 housing, I was on the highway going to school today, and the egts were 900 with 7 lbs of boost at 75-80 mph turning 2400-2500 rpm. I feel like that's pretty high considering when I drive to work (around an hour) I almost always do at least 75.

    Well i got my d66 in with the 1.0 housing and to be honest I barely feel any difference in my truck at all. Kind of a let down but oh well.

    I love my truck it was literally my first vehicle I just cant justify spending so much money on a t4, the truck is 20 years old and as much as I hate to admit it I have to face the facts that one day I will have to sell it for a newer one. I might as well save money where I can for the inevitable.

    Thanks for the input, I plan to stick with stage II injectors so I wont have to do push rods/ springs, studs or other expensive mods. I'll be staying with the 1.0 housing.

    I thought about having it built but in the end I just got the yoke new off eBAy, and the driveshaft/panhard bar bracket from a local junkyard for 95.

    Ive read a lot too and I never hear of the adapter plate thing. From what I have read everything is the same as a zf5 except you have to use the slave and master cylinder for the zf6 I think.

    Well I got the f350 shaft and panhard bar bracket. I went to get a yoke but the guy only had single cabs and one extended cab that was an abortion, originally an 88 with a nose swap and a 1356 transfer case, so no dice. I am thinking about buying the yoke from ebay, and the panhard bar from pmf.

The drive shaft is coming out of a truck with an E4OD, it is a gas truck (5.8) but I measured from yoke to yoke on my truck and it was 42 inches and from yoke to yoke on the donor truck it was 41 inches.     Shuts Off On Rough Road.

    As the title states, I am having a problem with my truck shutting off on rough roads, it shuts off intermittently and the wait to start light comes on then it comes back on like nothing happened. Going to start rattling connections tomorrow, any pointers?
