Hey all I have a very nice set of Cal-Tracs from my recently sold 08 F250 4wd. These will obviously fit 2008-2010 but I am not sure about other years. Update! Had my buddy at Ford bring his scan computer home, all cylinders had perfect compression, injectors also looked fine, we were scratching our heads why the truck felt kinda sluggish, then I noticed that the clamp bolt that holds the boot for the transition from the intercooler to the CAC...- lxcoupe

Long shot...anyone know a shop that has a set of BD exhaust manifolds in stock?
I'm getting with my Ford tech buddy to do a compression check in the next couple days I'll let everyone know. Truck runs great no white smoke no miss no codes no coolant loss so id be surprised it was a piston or head gasket but I'll know tonight or tomorrow.- lxcoupe

Yep just paint. The flanges themselves were even painted, but I took my angle grinder and scotch brite pad and stripped the paint off. If and when I do a motor on this thing, I'll get them ceramic coated.- lxcoupe

Yes it's disappointing they didn't include manifold bolts. I bought new dealership bolts since they're cheap and I didn't want to reuse heat cycled stock bolts. I also chased every bolt in the head, only took me 20 mins and figured it was cheap insurance. What is everyone seeing for peak...- lxcoupe

I'd be shocked if that actually made a difference... the stock inlet is a perfectly smooth gradual transition from 4" to 3" Anyone have a dyno sheet or back to back track run to prove this?- lxcoupe

I looked at my S&B intake and it's 4" out of the intake and it necks down to 3" into the turbo (or maybe even smaller)? How will a 4" elbow help here?- lxcoupe

Big thanks to Mark @ Big Time Kustomz for pulling strings and getting me a set UPS 2-day so I could do the job on the weekend. Whew what a job. Raised the cab on Saturday with a buddy (Ford tech) and we got it done. Struggled with the cab mount bolts since my truck is an 08 and apparently Ford...- lxcoupe
