Airdog2 165 A5SABF192 99-03 7.3 - Central PA
I have a brand new Airdog 2 for the 99-03 7.3 super duty trucks. Bought it to use on my OBS but I am just going back to stock. Box has been opened but that is it. Never even test fit under a truck. I fabbed some bellowed up-pipes today
Makes sense. I looked into the one piece design but considered the fact of it all being able to come apart. I cant decide if I should run the donut gasket in mine still or if I should make a gasket to go in between the flange and the collector- kanuck15

D66 Turbo for OBS. Grampian PA
Decided not to do much for power with my new truck. Just gonna do it for looks so I am selling my Beans D66 turbo. Its got less than 1000 miles on it. Zero shaft play and the wheels look great. Crank no start after starter change
Is it turning over fast enough to fire? If I recall these trucks need to spin at 200rpm to fire.- kanuck15

20x12 -44 with 305/45?? no lift??
old thread revival But how do you like this setup? I have SD axles and am about to put 305/50R20 nitto 420s on it. My wheels are 20x8 factory SD 20s so I wont be as wide but are you running wheel spacers? I got 2 inch spacers all around for mine to try and get a little stance out of it- kanuck15

I should have said on my obs with 04 axles. I tried my 2 inch spacers last night and all I can say is I hope you guys are right. Cause the wheels I have now stick out a lot so the 05+ wheels hopefully bring it back in. I never thought about the fact an OBS has a narrower body than a SD so I...- kanuck15

That seems a hair high but then again I do this stuff all the time. Figure the cost of the parts on it probably makes it a good deal -

The turbo should have numbers stamped on it to be able to look up. The compression test should be the same as its sucking in more air to fill the extra space The injectors would have to be flow tested to verify Lastly you shouldnt need studs with stage twos and a 38r. Id be more worried about... -

Currently stock 16 inch alcoas from a 99-04 SD. But I bought a set of 20 inch 5 spoke lariat wheels. I think they are 05-07?? I looked into that, my leafs have 300k on them so I dont even know if new ones with a lighter load rating would change anything. I might as well try it seeing as how...- kanuck15
