    The 5R was due to letting a local shop change out the torque converter and they didn't tighten the flex plate bolts enough. This one is very strange. All the flex plate bolts were there and I never heard any unusual noise or anything. I've had it since new too. I've got it all unbolted now...

    Pulling the trans to get recased. And hopefully find where the mystery bolt that caused the damage came from. All the flex plate bolts appear to be there. .

    Just fyi, it was indeed the ipr. Went ahead and replaced it instead of cleaning it since it was out. Screen was full of all kinds of junk. Changed the connector on it too since it was all cracked up. Running fine now. Just need to take it on a longish trip now to see if changing the oil...
