The truck should start with the stock tune. Try reloading it and see if that helps. Did you out the custom tune back to see if it will start? Fwiw, I don't go back to stock when switching tunes.
It always seems to me I need to go neutral, switch with the brake applied, reverse, neutral, to get low to lock in.

Looks decent with good miles on it. I'd replace the stc fitting on the hpop along with the oil cooler if it was mine. The turbo oil feed and drain lines should be updated too if it hasn't been done.

My 05 with the climate control setup will do the same thing every now and again. Blank screen, no fan, buttons don't work. Usually comes back to life after I cycle the key. I'll dig into it when it dies completely.

If you don't see the gauge on the dash showing low oil pressure building while cranking, you have a low pressure issue. Without low pressure I don't think you'll build injection oil pressure.

I took forever to get mine to fire after head gaskets. Killed the batteries twice. I even tried to prime the rails by filling the oil through the filter housing.

Edit: I see work was done 60k ago. You should have flushed the trans and replaced the tp filter twice by now. Its a gamble either way.
