thx Tom. I will try and narrow it down tomorrow. I did manage to get 2900 -3200 psi out of my HPOP. that would indicate that its up to the task right ??

tried to upload attachment but it came up invalid file. Went for a run up the road. Couldnt get into top gear to much traffic. Just wanted to see what MAP I was getting with the boost fooler disconnected. MAP = 29.3 Mass fuel desired = 63.38 Exhaust Back Press = 40.6 ACcel. Pedal Pos = 50.2...

Yes I have Riffraff's boost fooler. So any max MAP over idle is the amount of boost its reading ???

Matt, how do you see 5lbs of boost out of the figures I posted. ?? I have the tapped AIH delete plug. I have checked my internal gauge against the gauge I was using to do the leak test and they were reading the same. My lack of boost has been fixed. Im getting 5lb as soon as I hit the peddle...

your on the money bro. Will have to look deeper into that. I have Joey's modded HPOP but all things a leading to low ICP. please explain that further, cause it was a real pita doing it the way I did. Amen to that bruva

lol, 40 mins. Might be good a pulling the turbo but my assembly process leaves a lot to be desired. :( Hopefully that will close that chapter I can start a new thread to find my missing 100 hp

well looks can be deceiving. You can see where the locating dowel was sitting against the back of the turbo. The rear of the turbo is covered on soot.

I live in a valley and its a steep climb out. I started the recording from first gear, got up to third but like I said I had to pull up once I hit 1400 egts. Hears some more. Higher up in the rev range.
