    i did take it off and had a run but it made no difference I connected a guage to the wastegate and its starts bleeding at 20psi and is at its full stroke at 27psi

    yep its closing. I put my hand up the exhaust side so I could feel the valve. Going to hook up a gauge and check what pressure its releasing while I have it off

    I removed the turbo to put the WW2 in and check the wastegate whether I leak test before or after it had to be done. Can someone tell me if that wastegate is set right.

    first step of elimination both the inlet and outlet of the turbo looked nice and sealed to me no tell tale soot marks outside the sealing surface. now the wastegate. tell me if this is the correct actuation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rztt2z43jzc

    Im only get 30lb of boost on my 38R. I have disconnected the red line with no change (30lb). I just cant get my head around having a leak. If I had a leak I would assume I wouldnt get to 30lb. How could it reach 30 then start to leak.

    Nah, my boot up was corrupt. Couldnt get it to boot but all sorted now. Just gotta a find enough road to take some runs. Should I do WOT in top gear or third.

    Did a wot run in top gear economy tune. Could only get up to 2700rpm due to running out of road. Cant post the data (had to do a factory reset on my laptop). But ICP was around 2600psi and Duty cycle was 35%.

    Once I get my laptop working I can use AE to read the HPOP. Dont have a gauge that reads that high but could get one.
