    Ford says to pull the cab and total book time I think is nine hours, it can be done cab on from what I have seen. There was a discussion in the '6.4 Aftermarket' section a while back on the quality of reman pumps. Look for it. I am not sure I would replace a known good pump with a reman pump...

    Ever had the EGR cooler(s) replaced? I lost the horizontal under warranty...good thing I had block off plates at the time. What about having the oil analyzed by Blackstone? $30 well spent to diagnose or save your motor.

    Job 2, '09 here with a popped rad. Cab mounts are a big contributor. Purchased an Alradco unit also, waiting for mounts to arrive then time to drop it off to have the mounts done. Maybe November.
