Advice Please
Ford says to pull the cab and total book time I think is nine hours, it can be done cab on from what I have seen. There was a discussion in the '6.4 Aftermarket' section a while back on the quality of reman pumps. Look for it. I am not sure I would replace a known good pump with a reman pump... -

Any luck with regen reflash?
Ever had the EGR cooler(s) replaced? I lost the horizontal under warranty...good thing I had block off plates at the time. What about having the oil analyzed by Blackstone? $30 well spent to diagnose or save your motor. -

A few questions about my AFE stage 2 si intake
The AFEs do not move enough air for these trucks. I stuffed in an insanely long filter into my AFE setup until I decide exactly what I want to do turbocharger wise. My part number is 75-11262 for the AFE kit. Dropped EGTs and quit sucking in the filter minder. BTW, the kit from 'No Limit...- f350guy

Bearing/hub assembly
RF is dying. Any preferred brands from you guys out there that have replaced them? I use SKF bearings on my Euro cars, so that is a brand I recognize along with Timken. I have also seen the Dynatrac conversion kit for the front. Anyone have thoughts on it? Can I still use the OE shift on... -

2010 radiator leak?
Job 2, '09 here with a popped rad. Cab mounts are a big contributor. Purchased an Alradco unit also, waiting for mounts to arrive then time to drop it off to have the mounts done. Maybe November. -

6.4l Serpentine belt chirping type noise

Replacement Filter For AFE?
I wedged a CR-91036 S&B filter in my AFE 54-11262 CAI. Filter is absurdly large compared to the one included in the AFE kit. :thumbsup: Big difference in air flow. With the clean AFE, I would keep sucking in the filter minder in higher gears when load was up, now it does not move. There is...- f350guy

I had mine done in '12 or '13 I guess, no major internal failure... just a user error by my SO driving it. :-/ Extension housing cracked and walked the transfer case off the output shaft tearing up the output shaft. Awesome! Here is what all I had done I can recall: -Reused solenoids...- f350guy

Any EGT drop with the wheel? One of the members here ran a 13.1 @ 101 in a CCSB 4x4 F250 on the GH Street tune. Just intake, exhaust, tune from what he told me. Between my Street and Hot Street, the Hot Street fees the same at mild throttle but say past about 60-70% it pulls...- f350guy

I run the Gearhead HS, I too am curious how it runs. It feels quite a bit stronger than the Innovative Street tune I was running, but that tune I ordered back in '09 when I deleted at 14k. I am sure the IDP Street is hotter now. But I do have an RCD low stall converter, so not sure how...- f350guy
