I would keep the 468 and just throw a little more fuel at it, it will do what you need it to do, and the S400 chassis will live longer with the added fuel.
The boost sensor is on the charge pipe about 6 inches from the v-band, so that is a pre-intercooler reading. post should be lower. Have to remember, small turbine and tight housing, it is getting pushed way harder than a bigger setup.
Made decent power for a 76/87/.91 sxe. More fuel left on the table though. Little more open on the housing should get 4 digits and drop boost/bp to a safer lever. Even with the gate popping it was stupid high.

We have been doing A LOT of 64.5SXE kits lately. everyone seems to be migrating to it. 650hp capable, but still just as responsive as the 63sxe which is much like stock, but better.
