Fuel pump for 238 Hybrids
A local guy to me is running a walbro gsl392 with those injectors on a 80% nozzle, and isnt having an issue holding pressure. (01stroked) The a1000 is probably the next step up from that, it's noisy as hell compared to the 392 but it will sure flow some fuel- PowerstrokeJunkie

How should I build my 7.3?
238 or 250/80's is an awesome combo with a 38r or a 62-66mm t4 mount turbo setup. Dont let anyone sway you away from the 80% nozzle if you're not looking for more than 500hp. I have one stage with two of the CM6 nozzles in the intake y (seperate sides) that comes on at the 'max' setting, while one CM8 injector is in the intake Y farther away from the engine that comes on at 10% DC once the 'min' pressure is achieved, and proressively ramps up in duty cycle to the max...- PowerstrokeJunkie

There comes a point where you can get more than 250cc out of the nozzle at a given pulsewidth. The exact point, i dont know. I've read you dont want to fully empty the injector to where the plunger bottoms out at the end of the stroke though, so a higher capacity injector than the nozzle flows...- PowerstrokeJunkie

Barking the turbo is extremely harmful on the lifespan of any turbo, im guessing he's barked the shiz out of his thus prematurely wearing it out, and they're junk. I wastegated my s366 and it made ~550hp pretty reliably although that's about all it wanted- PowerstrokeJunkie
