    6.0 Fuel pressure question causing no start?

    '02 F250 Dataport connection wiring diagram

    6.0 Starting Issue

    New to 6.0 powerstrokes and having trouble getting my '07 to start after replacing heads & head gaskets. Using AE, the FICM voltage is 48 and the injector pressure slowly builds to 1650-1800psi.     6.0 o-ring head question

    Had a set of 6.0 heads o-ringed and noticed one of they cylinder's ring had a small gap between the wire ends. The other cylinders' didn't appear to have this gap. The machinist said the small gap wouldn't be an issue but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this issue. Thanks.
