okay so my 03 f350, in our ongoing battle has blown black smoke and run quite rough, ive tested and had my FICM rebuilt and tuned, now back together it still runs rough and smokes but is considerably better than before sending the FICM out, a few of you said the bad FICM killed an injector, so... -

alright my 03 f350 withe the 6.0l, it started running rough and blowing smoke out of the blue, tested the ficm, found it to be defective, sent it out and had it repaired. i got it back today, installed it and it runs alot better than when i sent it out but its still not right, still has a slight... -

6.0L runs rough at idle and blows black smoke
okay i have a 2003 F-350 with the 6.0L recently it started blowing black smoke above 2000 RPM which previously it didnt smoke at all. that went on a day or two then yesterday it started running rough (like a miss on several cylinders) at idle and up to 2000 rpm, seems to smooth out after that...
