My girlfriend has a 99 7.3. When you are in park the battery light is but flickers. When you are driving it goes away and flickers on and off. Could it be bad cables or the alternator ?

I've good things about this forum. Glad to be apart of it. I have a 08 Ford F-350 deleted cold air, 5" down pipe back exhaust and tuned with gearhead tunes. Looking for up grades for daily driving and pulling horses trailers. What are places I can look at?
