No power
I have a 2003 that's been all gone over, bulletproofed etc. I got a issue that I cannot figure out. Truck starts and drives fine but I get turbo bark over 1800 RPM and no power. No black smoke at any point of time and on Torque everything looks great. It makes boost but still no power. Could it...- 1964suicide

2003 6.0 code P2285
My truck has had a full "bulletproof" and I have a P2285 code but my ICP voltage and IPR values seem correct as far as I can tell. Voltage is .8-.9 and 24% at hot idle (~650RPM). All the sensors and pigtails are new. What should I be looking into as I'm a little puzzled?- 1964suicide
