us to 2.5 hour drive. track sucked. to many ricers tearing up the track and no track prep. spun the tires every pass. but still drove it on the trailer when we were done so i guess it wasnt to bad. just have to wait on gainesville to open back up. its only about 45 min away. much better drive.- 1baddually

Going to try to take it to the track Friday if all goes right. we got our engine put back together. we are heading to orlando speed world today around 3 to do alittle tnt. same setup. stock turbo and alot more nitrous...........hopefully no melted pistons this time..........keep me posted on...- 1baddually

we melted 2 pistons on the last pass. it felt good to run 9.87 again. just came with a price this time. i guess we finally found the limits of the stock turbo. got some big injectors and egt's were through the roof. pegged our 2000 degree gauge within the first 60'. oh well new engine for the...- 1baddually

aw come on now. that thing should run pro stock. we weigh in a 3200 with driver. thats still heavy for that class. and it is tube chassis and fiberglass. at 706 hp our fastest pass is 9.82 @ 142 mph. so its not out of the question to run down the duramax trucks. its just getting the right...- 1baddually

we started with 12an lines on our ranger and never had an oil problem. on cold starts low pressure oil is steady at 100 psi then drops to around 70-80 psi when hot. 12an will do you right.- 1baddually

Swapping in a 6.4L?
if we here at fcdp can stick a 6.4 into a 97' f150 with no firewall modification then an obs should not be a problem. just need to fabricate some engine mounts. and yes you need the entire truck wiring harness. we even put the 08 superduty dash into the f150. a little modification and fit right...- 1baddually

6.4 rods reusable?
rods can be reused as long as they are not bent. if you take to much off the block and heads you will need to run a thicker head gasket to make up the different lost or the piston will hit the head. we use copper head gaskets on both our ranger 6.0 and f150 6.4and both work perfectly.- 1baddually

the f150 is a stock frame that we boxed in. we put a 9" rear end with a 3.08 gear in it. the rest of the engine and drivetrain is stock 6.4 except for the piston which elite diesel provided. running an sct with erics tune package for the 6.4. we plan on running the super street class in the...- 1baddually
